We use only the best professionalsharpening equipment, so your cutlery/scissors/tools will NOT be damaged by heat or by scratching from an overly-rough or old-style grindwheel.
←That old grind stone may look charming, but it was not made for today's expensive cutlery. Heat damage, scratching, and excessive amounts of metal removal by a too-rough grindwheel all wear out your expensive knives long before their time. We can repair most damage done to your blades - just call!
